I can see this happening if the Rowdyruff Boys redeemed themselves and reformed, which isn't too weird or out-of-place in the canon. The Powerpunk Girls would be the true successors of Mojo Jojo who can match both the Puffs and Ruffs but also exceed them while staying loyal to their creator and father.
